With over 20 years of racing history in the Lipford Family, it is no wonder the team always performs to the highest level.  The one thing the Lipford Family knows is racing.

Our team is made up of close family and friends.  Team High-Impact knows that to have the best team, we need to work with the best possible crew members.  This is why we have both men and women on our team.  Shaunacy Bishop, the team co owner and crew member started in racing many years ago.  With the love of racing in his heart and the eye to spot the best drivers he decided to partner with one of the greatest drivers of all time, Warren Lipford Jr.

When Warren began to race 16 years ago as an Enduro driver he found his calling and hasn’t looked back since.  Over the course of Warren’s 16 year driving history he has gained skills and knowledge that other drivers work their whole driving careers to achieve.
